The Sharon Township Board of Trustees will continue to hold their regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM, with the exception of January and December, throughout the year 2023.  All meetings will be held at the Sharon Township Adminisrration Building, 1322 Sharon Copley Road, Sharon Center, OH 44274.  The meeting dates for 2023 are as follows:

April 11th and 25th

May 9th and 23rd - The meeting on May 23rd will be held at Sharon Elementary School at 9:30 AM

June 13th and 27th

July 11th and 25th

August 8th and 22nd 

September 12th and 26th

October 10th and 24th

November 14th and 28th

December 12th

2019 Zoning Fees

ZONING FEES FOR SHARON TOWNSHIP - Fees Effective January 1, 2019

Residential Zoning Permits: Base fee of $50.00 and .08 cents per square foot

Industrial/Commercial Permits: Base fee of $200.00 and .08 cents per square foot

Conditional Zoning Application: $400.00 with an additional fee of $100.00 when an extension is requested.

Variance Zoning Application: $400.00 with an additional fee of $100.00 when an extension is requested.

Zoning Amendment: $500.00 fee for a text or map amendment.

Zoning Book/Map: $15.00

Agricultural Exemption: No Charge

Registered Survey Approval: $25.00

All permits expire after one year, if construction has not begun.  After that a new fee will be applicable.
